We currently deliver to most addresses throughout the United Kingdom.

Orders are dispatched using a suitable courier based on the size, weight, destination and nature of the goods.

• Other reputable UK courier services where appropriate

• Express services: approximately 1–2 working days where available
• Scottish Highlands and Islands: approximately 3–6 working days
• Northern Ireland: approximately 3–6 working days
• Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly: approximately 3–7 working days
• Channel Islands: approximately 3–7 working days

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has specifically been purchased.

Courier services may occasionally take longer because of severe weather, operational disruption, high demand, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For comparison, Parcelforce's current Express48 service is designed for delivery within 48 hours, while Evri's standard UK service aims for 2–3 working days.
